u/pixl3rtĬrash Landing On You - Almost all the songs in this show are beautiful! They perfectly complemented the scenes in each episode. I've never heard an OST that's so fitting for a show, and tracks like The Hill of Yearning and Same Sky, Different World make me feel all soft inside. When looking at everything, it's cohesive and all the songs complement each other really well. u/potterwhomerswiftieĬrash Landing On You - Honestly the instrumental tracks and background music here stand out to me a little more than the actual OST, but by no means is the OST bad because it's still very good. Like Yoon Se Ri even I fall asleep to it sometimes. And i cannot forget the iconic piano track that RJH wrote for his brother. My favorites include: Flower by Yoon Mi Rae, Sunder by Davichi, Here I am again by Yerin Baek, Give You My Heart by IU, and Like You by So Soo Bin. From the sad ballads played when the leads are pining for each other to the the cutesy tracks played when they're coming to terms with their feelings for each other, the songs were perfectly complementary to the mood of the show. u/Hee-BayĬrash Landing On You had a beautifully curated soundtrack which suited the story perfectly (almost as perfectly as those suits fit RJH in SK). The ost is heart rending and fits the story perfectly.

The core of the soundtrack consists of the iconic character song of Ji An, " Adult" by Sondia,Ji An's love song to Ajussi " Dear Moon" which is written by IU herself, *Jung Hee'*s theme song " One Million Roses" that was conceptualized throughout the drama, and probably the best song in the whole drama " There Is a Rainbow" by Vincent Blue & O.When. My Mister - I never thought background music can be so memorable till I watched My Mister, every piece of music used is masterfully composed! from tracks that breaks your heart just by listening to them to those who tell an astonishingly accurate story to their titles!Sorry for Myself, Feeling Guilty, An Ordinary Day, My Family, Their Way Of Love, That Kind of Person, When You Want to Rest Your Mind. Every song and piece of music in this bears a weight that carries this amazing masterpiece of a drama forward just as well as the rest of the components that make it. For me, My Mister is a perfect show that encapsulates human emotions beautifully in its 16 episode runtime, and when I look back upon it, there's not one element that I don't find memorable, soundtrack included.

Soundtrack is often times one of those elements. My Mister - I've seen so many dramas which have elements that weren't as memorable as the rest of the show. Seriously considering adding their songs to the music I'll play on my wedding. Goblin - What can I say? The soundtrack is God tier.

Stay With Me is so iconic, you just have to hear the first guitar chords and you think of Goblin - u/Bichette_ Goblin! I like that there is everything from bubbly pop songs to heartwrenching ballads, it captures all the different aspects/moods of the show really well. I also love the way Kim Kyunghee's tracks And I'm Here and Stuck In Love are used/placed in the show. The song Amnesia (not sure if that's the official name as I've also seen it being called Lost Memories) from the background music is my absooooolute favorite and makes me cry lol. The show is already super emotional as it is, and the music is inserted so perfectly imo that the funny parts feel even lighter and the sad parts are SAD so you truly end up experiencing both ends of the spectrum. Goblin - This is a given and everyone raves about it, but it's for a good reason. Top songs include: I Love You Boy, It's You, When a Long Night Comes, Lucid Dream - u/ivanraptor730 While You Were Sleeping - Basically everyone else's guilty pleasure for OSTs aside from Goblin. While You Were Sleeping - ONLY FOR IT'S YOU by HENRY. And of course the drama itself is well worth the watch. While you Were Sleeping - I literally fell in love with the OST from the first time I watched it, I downloaded the entire OST and I still love all the songs, they just set a really nice mood. The OST was never distracting, and only enhanced the drama-watching experience. They really brought out the feeling of the scene and made the entire drama captivating. While You Were Sleeping was a crime-romance drama, so these songs were used during the more emotional and/or romantic scenes. Two in particular that stood out to me were It's You (Henry) and When Night Falls (Eddy Kim). While You Were Sleeping: This drama had an awesome OST with some really great tracks that would be great regardless if you watched the drama or not.
